smartMail is a file-transfer service by SmartApz LLC. By using it you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

Only send files you have the right to share. No malware, phishing or scams, copyright infringement, illegal content, and above all no child sexual abuse material. Zero tolerance: such content is removed at once and reported to the authorities (including NCMEC).

Retention

Files are kept until the expiry you chose (up to 7 days on the free plan) and then deleted automatically. Files are not virus-scanned at this stage.

Reports and takedowns

Every download page has a report button. Reported links are paused and reviewed; repeat infringers are banned. Copyright notices: use the report form.

Warranty

The service is provided "as is", with no warranty of availability or file retention. Keep a copy of anything important.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
